§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

according to Art. 18 GDPR to obtain the restriction of the processing of your personal data, provided that the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or need to defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) If you only use the website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not provide us with any other information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. § 4 data security

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.  § 5 Use of our web shop

(1) If you would like to order in our web shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required for the execution of the contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, by e-mail to info@sperlingimporte.de or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.    

(5) We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website.
