inland

Minimum order value : 100, - Euro net order value
Subsequent deliveries: The minimum delivery value for subsequent deliveries is EUR 100 net goods value.
Shipping costs: Up to 500, - Euro net value of goods, per delivery, per box 5.95 Euro net shipping costs will be charged.
Freight-free: From 500, - Euro net order value and delivery, shipping is freight-free.
Prices: All prices are net in euros, plus the statutory VAT.

Terms of payment:
Direct debit: Payments are made by direct debit with a 4% discount.
Invoice: Payment by invoice within 8 days less a 2% discount or 21 days net is also possible (after a successful credit check for new customers).
Billing via associations: For association members, payment can only be made via the association.
Cash on delivery is excluded.

EU abroad

Minimum order value : EUR 500 net order value
Subsequent deliveries: The minimum delivery value is 500 , - Euro net value of goods. 
Shipping costs: From an order value per delivery of EUR 1,000 net goods value, deliveries are delivered free to the German border, otherwise a freight cost component will be charged.
Prices: All prices are net in euros.

Payment terms:

Prepayment: We grant a 4% discount. Invoice: Only if the credit report is positive. Payment by invoice within 8 days less 2% discount or 21 days net. 

Austria

Minimum order value : EUR 300 net order value.
Subsequent deliveries: from 150 , - Euro net value of goods. 
Shipping costs:
150, -EUR plus 10% freight 
From 300, -EUR plus 8% freight 
From 1,500 EUR free House 
Prices: All prices are net in euros.

Payment terms:
Prepayment: We grant a 4% discount.
Invoice: Only if the credit report is positive. Payment by invoice within 8 days less 2% discount or 21 days net. 

Switzerland

Minimum order value: 800 euros excluding import customs clearance. 
Subsequent deliveries: The minimum delivery value is 800 , - Euro net value of goods. 

Shipping costs:
From delivery value of 801, - Euro: plus  50 euros for the export declaration.
From an order value per delivery of EUR 1,000 net goods value, deliveries are delivered free to the German border.
Otherwise a freight cost share will be charged.
Customs clearance can be carried out on request. The calculation is based on effort.
Prices: All prices are net in euros.
